When can I register for programs?
Registration opens on a quarterly basis in December, March, May, and September.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Full payment is due at the time of registration
Online: Mastercard or Visa
In-person: cash, check, Mastercard or Visa
What if the class I want is full?
Don’t be discouraged! We make every effort to add classes to accommodate waitlists, so be sure you register for the waitlist at no fee. If we are able to add you to a class, we will call you to register and collect payment.
What if I registered for the wrong class or need to cancel?
Please contact the center where the class will be held during regular business hours for cancellations or transfers. Transfers are made on a space available basis.
What if my class is canceled?
We may cancel a class if the minimum enrollment is not met, or due to instructor, facility, or weather-related issues. Registered participants will be notified of any changes/cancellations.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less costs incurred, will be given if notified:
• 2 business days prior to 1st class = 100 percent
• After class or session beings, no refunds will be issued unless the class is cancelled.
Can I register for a class that has already started?
If a class has already started, it may no longer be available for online registration. Contact the location where the class is being held to find out if registration is still available.
Will the online transaction be secure?
Payments are processed with the highest level of security by a worldwide Internet payment processor. I would like to reserve a Park shelter. How do I do this?
To reserve a shelter, please call 311 during regular business hours with your shelter request -- location, date and time. A Tulsa Parks representative will contact you to complete the reservation.
Who will use my personal information?
Your information used only to complete the transaction you requested and to analyze trends. The city does not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
